So, this is obviously not my usual strip. Since I’m working hard on these today, I thought I’d post this here.
It’s a page from my new comic, Silk Road-era historical fiction. The pages will be in full watercolor–but for now, this is how they look.

Here’s a sneak-preview of the research I’ve been doing for my next comic, a historical-fiction Silk Road-era piece. Here are some of the hats of the Sogdians.

Hi guys,
Because of the current craziness I have happening in quick succession–including moving into a new apartment, taking a week-long art seminar in Southern CA, and hosting a workshop in Dearborn–I am forced to take a temporary hiatus from the strip. I will return in three weeks (June 4)! In the meantime, please enjoy some classic strips. Thanks so much for your understanding!
